ALGARVE

Land of Sun and Sea, the Algarve has privileged natural and weather conditions, especially for kitesurf and SUP!
Located in the South of Portugal, at the southwest tip of Europe, it enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is proud to have the best weather conditions in all of Europe, so as great wind conditions.
The Algarve is the most favoured region in Portugal and one of the most stable in the world, having the highest sun exposure values in Europe and hardly any rain, providing excellent wind conditions year round to practice our favourite sports... kitesurf and SUP!
Throughout the year the temperature is quite agreeable with the exception of summer, when they are quite high. The weather of the Algarve is influenced by the European Continent, the north of Africa, The Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean.

Average Temperatures:

Summer: 24ºC to 31ºC | Winter: 15ºC to 20ºC
Sea Water in the summer: 21ºC to 24ºC | Sea Water in the winter: 15ºC to 19ºC

The Coastline of the Algarve is over 200 km in extension and more than 70% of it consists of natural reservations.
Long dunes and lagoons dominate the East Coast pattern, offering outstanding conditions for kitesurf and SUP, while the Central Coast is rich in sheltered beaches and picturesque cliffs, great for SUP activities. The sharp cliffs and high waves are predominant in the West Coastline, very good for wave surfing, SUP or kitesurf on the waves.
The rich and varied gastronomy of the Algarve is also one of its calling cards, bringing together recipes from the interior of the region and procedures of the shoreline where fish and seafood are abundant.
For those who love the night, the Algarve will always be a good option because of its exciting and varied nightlife.
