SCHOOL CONDITIONS | All of the instructor’s indications must be respected and carried out. The School will not be responsible for any accident that may occur as a result of any transgression. If there is any transgression, or if the instructor, other people or property are put at risk, the class/course will be immediately cancelled and concluded without refund.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF MATERIAL | If there is any careless or negligent behaviour towards the material, or if there is any behaviour that can endanger the user’s or other people’s lives, the rental of the material will be terminated without refund. All the material rented for more than one day must be brought back to the school until 17:00. Its use is restricted to the beach where the school or the responsible monitor is located.

 

KITE TRIP CONDITIONS | All of the guide’s indications must be rigorously met. If there is any transgression, or if there is any type of behaviour that can put at risk anyone’s life, the kite trip will be immediately cancelled and concluded without refund.

 

LESSON CONDITIONS | All material is supplied by the school, “Discovery” and “Intermediate” levels.
Harness, helmet, life vest, weatsuit, complete kite and board.
For the “Independent” level classes, the learner must bring its own material or rent it.
The classes must be cancelled obligatorily 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the class will be considered real and there will be no refund. The course/classes will be paid at the beginning.
The learner must arrive some time in advance in order to be better equipped and prepared for the class.
The schedule must be thoroughly kept otherwise the class may be cancelled.
If the instructor feels the class must be cancelled on account of unfavourable weather conditions, a new day will be scheduled. The learner will be given an IKO card at the end of the course, which will certify his/her kite level. This card is valid internationally.
